Nate and his team are very polite and professional! Work safely and as a team! They took down two large trees a cherry and cedar, with ease. Trimmed a maple and 4 very large pines. Grinded multiple tree stumps. Everything was done while I was on vacation and Nate communicated and shared the completed work. When we arrived home everything was cleaned up and looked absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them. Thank you for such a wonderful job!

The tree work is done exactly as agreed and they clean up any mess before they leave. He has done work both personally and commercially for me.

Excellent service from start to finish. I reached out about tree removal late on a Wednesday via email, they called me first thing in the morning on Thursday, and they showed up at 2pm that same day (they were able to accommodate due to finishing another job early). They were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous, and they cleaned up the yard to make it look like they were never there. I am always happy to support and recommend quality local businesses, and this is one of them.

I've never used Crass Tree but I will be in the future because I just witnessed one of your employees (maybe the owner of the company) not sure, hand out a business card to a homeless veteran who was standing on a median in the pouring rain, assuming for a possible job opportunity and as an Army spouse whose husband is currently deployed, it made me tear up. We recently hired Nathaniel and his team to trim several trees on our property. The company is knowledgeable and reliable. It was a great experience working with them!

They did great work in a timely manner. They were responsive to phone calls and text. They cut down large tree that was mixed in a telephone pole in less than 45 min and texted a picture when they finished. A few days later we had them grind down a large area of stumps from a forsythia and afterwards they leveled the ground and did not leave a mess. Competitive pricing, trustworthy and would definitely use them again, highly recommend.

I contacted Crass Tree about a large tree in my yard that was touching my house. Crass was able to evaluate my needs within a day or two and had my tree trimmed within a week to accommodate a roof replacement. I really appreciate not just the timeliness and accommodation of my short schedule, but the concern for the tree health itself. I was given several options to trim the tree to my needs while being conscientious of the trees health. I had a pleasure working with Nathaniel (Crass Tree Experts) for our tree removal service. He was very thorough with the inspection of the branches/tree in question, but also surveyed the other trees.
We opted to just remove the trees and branches that needed to be removed and will hire Crass Tree Experts again for future removals. Very friendly and reasonably priced!

Words cannot describe how professional, friendly and thorough Nathaniel and his team were. My wife and I needed three large trees and several other smaller dead trees taken down and I was worried it would be a long, drawn out process. But, despite the three large trees each being more than 70' tall, the team was able to cut them down and haul the wood to the back of our property within a SINGLE DAY! They had to come back a second day to remove the final tree and clean up a bit, and then a third day for stump grinding. I'm truly just blown away by how great it looks and how professional they were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

When a tree fell on my fence, Crass Tree Experts responded promptly, lifted the tree and tied it in place so it was no longer putting pressure on my fence, and scheduled removal of the tree two days later. Thanks to their help, I sustained no property damage. They were professional, communicative, and did excellent work.

Nathaniel was great to work with from start to finish. We thought our entire home was endangered by a large black walnut tree and he assured us that there were just several limbs needed to be removed rather than the entire tree. He also gave a full assessment of the trees on our property and we opted to remove another smaller tree and a few other limbs on a third tree. When we thought we had one big problem it turned out to be a handful of small problems that ended up being much less expensive and easy to clean up. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
